How many decals come in a set?
Each standard nail decal set comes with 30 decals in 2 sizes so they fit everyone nail size. Each full nail wrap set comes with 18 wraps in sizes. Every set also comes with a full set of instructions so they can easily be applied at home.
How many images can I use in a custom set?
We can make your set with up to 5 images. Some people want one others want all five. It's totally up to you!
How do I apply Nailvy nail decals?
Our nail decals are easily applied leaving a salon quality finish. Simply cut out the decals, activate them in water, position them on your nails and seal with a clear nail polish. For more instructions and quick video tutorial, visit our page "How They Work".
How long will they take to ship?
We tend to ship very quickly, but ideally we ship in 1-2 weeks. We can rush orders on request, but the best way to expedite an order is to select express shipping. Standard shipping is handled by regular mail so we are at the mercy of the post office and is highly dependent on how close you are to a major city.
We also offer express shipping at a great rate and is shipped overnight to most cities by UPS. Keep in mind that it will still take time to create your decals. If you need them urgently, please contact us at info@nailvy.com
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to clients globally everyday. While there are a variety of shipping options at checkout, some destinations may only show options or regular mail. If you would like your order sent by courier but the option is not available, please contact us at info@nailvy.com along with your address and order quantity so for a quote. Generally our international courier rates are quite reasonable.
Can I order nail decals as a gift to a different address?
Absolutely! Just make sure that the shipping address is the address of your friend and let us know when you place the order if you would like a note included.
I'm not sure what images will work best. Can you help?
We are more than happy to help you design the perfect decals for your needs. Just visit our "Contact Us" form and give us some info on what you're looking to do and upload some images if you like.
What is your return policy?
Since our nail decals are custom, we do not accept returns unless the set is damaged or defective. If there is an issue, please reach out to us by using our "Contact Us" form and give us some further information. It’s rare that at item is defective, but overall we want our clients to enjoy their nails so please reach out with any issues or questions.
